Administrator List

This is the tab where you can register a user as an administrator and grant permissions.


  • You can check the list of registered administrators.
  • You can check the administrator's name, ID, and permissions.
  • You can search for an administrator by entering the administrator ID in the search box at the top right.

Admin Registration

  1. top관리자 등록Click the button.
  2. Select the user to change to administrator privileges and administrator.
  3. 등록or등록 후 다른 관리자 등록Register the administrator by pressing the button.

Types of Administrator Permissions

PermissionExplanation
super administratorAccess to the entire system, granting and revoking administrator privileges, access control for the service administrator page
Editor ManagerMenu view and edit available for all services (administrator of the portal, license menu access not allowed)
Query ManagerMenu retrieval available for all services (portal administrator, license menu access not allowed)
Log Query AdministratorOnly the log menu can be viewed (administrators of the portal cannot access the license menu)

Admin Details / Edit

  • You can click on the administrator you want to check detailed information for to view the detailed information.
  • You can check the name, ID, administrator privileges, and the groups that include the administrator.
  • After modifying the information, the bottom of the저장You can modify the administrator information by clicking the button.

⚠️ If there is only one administrator, that administrator cannot be changed to another role.


Admin Delete

  • After selecting the administrator to delete, the top of the삭제 아이콘Click to delete.

⚠️ If you delete an administrator, they will be converted to a user and will be removed from the administrator list but will remain in the user list.
⚠️ You cannot delete the administrator if there is only one super administrator. There must be at least one super administrator.


Log Query Notification

  1. top로그 조회 알림Click the button.
  2. Set the email notification usage.
  • When using the email notification feature, you can specify the administrators who will receive the email notifications.
  • Log query The administrator will receive real-time notification emails sent to the specified recipients when logging in or logging out.
