Conditional Policy

This is the tab for creating and managing conditional policies that allow and block access to the admin page.


Basic Screen Composition

The conditional policy list screen is composed as follows.

You can search based on various criteria, including not only the policy name but also members, target services, conditions, and enforcement policies.

Each filter button at the top (정책 이름, 구성원, 대상 서비스, 조건, 접근 정책You can quickly search by item by clicking on __PH_0__.

전체 필터You can combine and set all search conditions on one screen by clicking the button.

  • After selecting the left category (policy name, members, target service, conditions, access policy), enter or select the detailed conditions on the right.
  • The set conditions are displayed in the form of tags, and the tags'×You can remove individual conditions with the button.
  • 초기화You can reset all filters at once with a button, or,적용The conditions set by the button are reflected in the search.

Search Condition Combination Rules

  • Between filters (AND condition): If you set multiple different filters, only the policies that satisfy all conditions simultaneously will be displayed.
  • Filter inside (OR condition): If you select multiple items within the same filter, any policy that matches at least one will be displayed.

Policy Registration

  1. top정책 등록Click the button.
  2. Set the following items.

  1. 등록Click the button to register a conditional policy.

Member Settings

  • Admin Direct Selection: Search for and select a specific administrator

Setting Conditions

Location Conditions

  • All Locations(default): Apply policy at all locations without specific location conditions
    • Exception Selection: You can specify the locations to exclude as 'Exception Selection' to exclude only specific locations.
  • Select Registered Location: Management Center [Condition Items] Menu, select from the registered locations
    • Exception selection: To exclude a specific location from the selected locations, use 'exception selection'.

Time Condition

  • All time(Default): Always apply policy without specific time limits
    • Exception Selection: To exclude only specific time zones, you can specify the time to be excluded as 'Exception Selection'.
  • Select Registered Time: Management Center [Condition Item] menu to select from the registered time
    • Exception selection: To exclude a specific time zone from the selected time, use 'exception selection'

Device Conditions

  • No Limit, PC, Tablet, MobileSelect among (multiple selections possible)

Access Policy Settings

Access Permission

  • Access Denied: Completely block access to the admin page under the given conditions
  • Access Allowed: Allows access and enables the setting of additional authentication methods

Additional authentication methods(Can be set only when access is allowed)

OTP AuthenticationGuidance on QR code and recovery key during initial registration, followed by authentication through entering the authentication code.

⚠️ If authentication fails, a notification popup stating "Authentication has failed." will be displayed, and access to the page will not be possible.


Policy Details / Edit

  • When you click on the policy, a detailed slide panel will be displayed on the right.
    • You can check the basic information of the policy (name, members, target services), conditions (location, time, device), enforcement policies (access policies, additional authentication methods), and the date of modification.
  • 편집You can click the button to edit the policy content.
    • After modifying the information, please refer to the bottom.저장When you click the button, the policy will be saved.

Change Priority

After selecting a policy, you can change the priority using the following method.

  • Priority Move Dropdown: Select the desired number to move directly to a specific location
  • Click the priority change icon >△▽ button: Move up or down one space or enter the position directly
  • Click the priority change icon >Move to top / Move to bottom: Move immediately to the top or bottom

💡 If a single administrator is included in multiple policies, the policy with the highest priority (the smallest number) is applied.
⚠️ Priority changes are not possible when search filters are applied. Please proceed after clearing all filters.


Download Policy Status

You can download the list of conditional policies as an Excel (.xlsx) file.

  • Full Download: Save all registered policy information as an Excel file
  • Download Search Results: Save only the results with the current search filter applied as an Excel file

Delete Policy

  • After selecting the policy you want to delete, at the top of the table삭제 아이콘Click to delete.
