Security Classification Label

This menu supports the systematic classification of policies and data within the service through grades and labels.

Label Grade

  • This is a top-level classification criterion for distinguishing the security levels of data.
    • Example: Confidential, Sensitive, Public
    • You can freely create it according to your purpose.
    • You can assign colors by grade, and the specified colors are used to visually distinguish grades in each service.

Label

  • Labels can be classified in detail based on the subcategories of the registered grade, according to the nature of the data or the purpose of use.
    • You can create multiple labels under one grade.
    • Example: Confidential → Personnel Information, Sensitive → External Sharing

Label Registration Procedure

  1. Label Grade Registration
    1. Generates the necessary classification levels (confidential, sensitive, public, etc.) according to the security level or classification criteria.
    2. You can specify a color when creating a grade.
  2. Creating a Label
    1. Select the created grade.
    2. Register a label as a sub-item belonging to that grade.
    3. You can enter a name and description when registering a label.
  3. Check Label List
    1. The registered labels are classified by grade and displayed in a list.
    2. If you select a specific grade, you can only see the labels that belong to that grade, and if you select 'All Grades', you can see all labels.
  4. Delete Grade
    1. Labels that belonged to a deleted grade are automatically moved to the 'Grade Undetermined' item.
