Security365 Status

• You can check the overall status at a glance at the top of the dashboard.
  • User: Total number of registered users
  • Administrator: Number of users with management privileges
  • Group: Total number of groups including basic groups and policy groups
  • Condition items: location, time, number of registered condition items such as country, etc.

Subscription Service Status

• You can check the currently subscribed services and their status.
• You can check the service name, license type, subscription status, and expiration date.
• The subscription status is categorized as follows.
  • In Trial: Using Trial License
  • Subscription: Normal subscription status
  • Expiration Notice: Less than 30 days remaining until license expiration
  • Expired: License is in an expired state
• The non-subscription service is displayed with an introduction card,자세히You can check the detailed information with the button.
• InfoLineage(Tracking and visibility service for document distribution) is displayed as a subscription card if you have subscribed to the InfoLineage Platform. If you have not subscribed, it is displayed as an introduction card, and자세히The button is not provided.

💡 The InfoLineage Platform is not registered automatically. It will only be registered if InfoLineage is selected in the service selection window during service subscription.

Actual User Status

• You can check the actual user trends by product.

Account Synchronization Status

• You can check the currently set synchronization information and status.
• There are two types of synchronization.
  • Microsoft 365 Account Synchronization
  • SCI Server Account Synchronization
• The most recently executed synchronization information is displayed.
• If there is no synchronization history계정 동기화 설정The button will be displayed.
• You can check the following information for each synchronization.
  • Method: Selected synchronization method (Full/Specific group synchronization)
    • Available only in Microsoft365 sync
  • Period: The interval at which synchronization is executed
  • Start time: Set synchronization start time
  • Status: Recent synchronization success/failure 여부
  • Recent synchronization date: Last synchronization execution time
• Change Settings

Move to Management Center

• Clicking on the service name at the bottom of the left menu will take you to the admin page of that service.
• If you have subscribed to the InfoLineage Platform, at the bottom of the left menuInfoLineageis displayed, and clicking it will take you to the InfoLineage Platform web console. It will not be displayed if you are not subscribed.

Move to Profile Management Page

• After clicking the icon in the upper right corner계정 설정Clicking the button will take you to a page where you can change your name and password.
