App Service
The master administrator manages app service information and activates SHIELD product services for each customer (tenant).

Basic Screen Configuration
The screen consists of two tabs.
- App Service Tab: Register and manage app service items (app name, address, app ID, log filter, etc.).
- Company App Management Tab: Select the client (tenant) to activate SHIELD product services.

Add App Service — Input Fields

How to use
앱 서비스in the tab앱 서비스 추가Click the button.- App Name · App Display Name · Service AddressEnter.
- if necessaryAzure Application IDand enter,Usage Statussets.
- Log FilterEnter a value and
EnterAdd one or more. 추가Click the button.- Edit: Click on a row in the list →
앱 서비스 정보Click the pencil icon → After changing the value저장. (App name cannot be modified) - Delete: Select the item from the list →
앱 서비스 삭제.
💡 앱 서비스 추가Wow저장The button is activated when the required fields are filled and there is at least one log filter.
⚠️ Deletion is applied immediately, so proceed with caution.
Company App Management Tab
Select the customer (tenant) to activate SHIELD product services.

Service Card Status
- Unselected / Selected: Click or check the card to select it. (Selected will have a blue border)
- activation: Already activated services are
활성화The badge is displayed and cannot be selected again. - Registering: Activating.
- Inactive (Not selectable): If prior service is required, it will be marked in gray.
⚠️ **SHIELD DRM Agent is selected only when the SHIELD DRM main unit is activated or selected together.**You can do it.
How to use
회사 앱 관리in the tab회사 선택Select the target customer company from the dropdown.- Select the service card to activate. (Services that are already activated are
활성화(Separated by badge) 서비스 활성화Click the button.- If you selected SHIELDMail
메일 서버 설정The window opens first.
- Mail domain address(Required) is entered. (e.g:
security365.com) - Sending Mail Server · Receiving Mail Serveris entered if necessary.
확인After reviewing the input value, once more확인Proceeding with it.
- When activation is complete
서비스 활성화가 완료되었습니다.Guidance will be displayed.
💡 Activating the service will enable the corresponding service'sTrial license (subscription) is automatically grantedis possible. The official transition will be구독menu's구독 전환Use it.
Guide Message
- When a company is not selected:
먼저 회사를 선택해주세요. - When the email domain format is incorrect:
도메인 주소가 정확하지 않습니다. 다시 확인해 주세요. - When SHIELD DRM Agent prerequisites are not met:
SHIELD DRM 본체 구독이 선행되어야 합니다. - Activation complete:
서비스 활성화가 완료되었습니다.
