App Service

The master administrator manages app service information and activates SHIELD product services for each customer (tenant).앱 서비스tab and회사 앱 관리It consists of tabs.

Basic Screen Configuration

The screen consists of two tabs.

• App Service Tab: You can register and manage app service items (app name, address, app ID, log filter, etc.).
• Company App Management Tab: Select the client (tenant) to activate SHIELD product services.

App Service Tab

Register and manage app service items.

Add App Service — Input Fields

How to use

1. 앱 서비스in the tab앱 서비스 추가Click the button.
2. App Name · App Display Name · Service AddressEnter.
3. if necessaryAzure Application IDand enter,Usage statussets.
4. Log FilterEnter a value andEnterAdd one or more.
5. 추가Click the button.
6. Edit: Click a row in the list →앱 서비스 정보Click the pencil icon → After changing the value저장. (App name cannot be modified)
7. Delete: Select the item from the list →앱 서비스 삭제.

💡 앱 서비스 추가Wow저장The button is activated when the required fields are filled and there is at least one log filter.

⚠️ Deletion is applied immediately, so proceed with caution.

Company App Management Tab

Select the customer (tenant) to activate SHIELD product services.

Service Card Status

• Unselected / Selected: Click or check the card to select it. (Selected will have a blue border)
• activation: Already activated services are활성화The badge is displayed and cannot be selected again.
• Registering: Activating.
• Inactive (not selectable): If prior service is required, it will be marked in gray.

⚠️ **SHIELD DRM Agent and DS for Mobile are only selected when the SHIELD DRM main body is activated or selected together.**You can do it. If you uncheck the SHIELD DRM option, the selection of both cards will also be unchecked.

How to use

1. 회사 앱 관리in the tab회사 선택Select the target customer company from the dropdown.
2. Select the service card to activate. (Services that are already activated are활성화(Separated by badge)
3. 서비스 활성화Click the button.
4. If SHIELDMail is selected 메일 서버 설정The window opens first.

• Mail domain address(Required) is entered. (e.g.:security365.com)
• Sending Mail Server · Receiving Mail Serveris entered if necessary.
• 확인After reviewing the input value, one more time확인We will proceed.

5. Once activation is complete서비스 활성화가 완료되었습니다.Guidance will be displayed.

💡 Activating the service will enable the corresponding service'sTrial license (subscription) is automatically grantedis possible. The official transition will be구독menu's구독 전환Use __PH_0__. However,DS for Mobile does not have a trial license granted.

💡 InfoLineage Platform allows customer administrators to subscribe directly from the service subscription selection in the management center. When the master administrator activates this tab, it is equivalent to processing the subscription on behalf of the customer.

DS for Mobile Activation · Reissue · Deactivation

DS for Mobile is a paid option under SHIELD DRM. When activated in this tab, the management center will automatically register the SHIELD Viewer app and the DS for Mobile app in sequence, and the CS console'sDSM_SECURITY365_MOBILE_SERVICEShows the values to be entered into the policy in a completed form.

⚠️ The policy value is not automatically entered by the management center into the CS console. Copy the displayed value toDirect input in the CS consoleMobile login will work.

activation

⚠️ **The policy value window is displayed only once.**Clicking outside the window does not close it, and after closing, you cannot see the Client Key again. If you missed the value재발급Run it.

💡 While the policy value window is open,회사 선택cannot be changed.

Reissue

Use this when the Client Key is lost or suspected to be leaked.

1. activatedDS for Mobilebottom of the card재발급Click.
2. Client Key 재발급Check the instructions in the confirmation window and proceed.
3. DS for Mobile app is re-registered and newDS for Mobile 정책 값A window opens.
4. Replaces the policy value of the CS console with a new value.

⚠️ If reissued**The existing key is immediately invalid.**It will be. You need to replace the policy value in the CS console with the new value for mobile login to work again.

Deactivation

⚠️ Disabling will immediately stop DS for Mobile login.

Already Registered Clients

DS for Mobile app has already registered clients (including existing manual registrations) that the card is활성화is displayed. If you reactivate in this state, without a key이미 등록된 앱입니다. 기존 키를 모르면 재발급하세요.A guide will be displayed. If you need a policy value,재발급Run it.

💡 DS for Mobile can only be activated in the company's app management tab. It is not displayed on the service selection screen for customer registration.

SHIELD Web Activation

When SHIELD Web is activated, the management center requests the customer service subscription to SHIELD Web. SHIELD Web creates the SHIELD ID app for the customer and connects the customer.

Customer Management Center After Activation

• At the bottom of the left menu in the management centerSHIELD WebThis will be displayed. Clicking it will take you to the SHIELD Web console without logging in again in the same tab.
• The subscription status of the admin home displays the SHIELD Web subscription card.

💡 SHIELD Web movement is only available on the admin screen. It is not displayed on the user home.

On registration failure

If registration failsSHIELD Web 등록 실패Reason for failure in the window andTracking ID(The occurrence time will be displayed if there is no tracking ID.) Please provide the tracking ID when contacting the operations manager.

⚠️ SHIELD Web will fail to register if**Does not automatically retry.**The registration status may not be confirmed, so please check with the operations manager according to the guidance and try again.

Activating Compliance Studio

When you activate Compliance Studio, the management center will link to the customer's SHIELD ID app (ComplianceStudio) to create and register the client company in Compliance Studio. After that, the client company administrator can log in to the Compliance Studio management console with the Security365 account.

💡 Reactivating will not create duplicate SHIELD ID apps.

Customer Management Center After Activation

• At the bottom of the left menu in the management centerCompliance StudioIt will be displayed. Clicking will take you through the SHIELD ID account selection screen to the Compliance Studio management console.
• The Compliance Studio card is displayed in the subscription service status of the admin home.

License KEY

When you first access the Compliance Studio management console, the license KEY input screen is displayed. The master administrator구독 > KEY 관리Issue the Compliance Studio KEY and deliver it to the client. Please refer to the KEY management guide for the issuance method.

💡 Compliance Studio is only displayed in the company app management · left menu · admin home in the environment that is enabled in the settings.
