Policy Change History
[Log] > [Policy Change History] Management
SHIELDEX File records all details when policy settings are changed, and the administratorCheck and Restore Policy Change HistoryThis is possible.
You can transparently manage who, when, what items were changed, and why through the change history of the integration system policy or the basic decontamination policy.
▷ Step 1: Enter the Policy Change History Screen
- In the left menu, [Log] > [Policy Change History] Click
- The complete change history is provided in list form.

|---|---|
| Change Date | The exact time the policy was changed |
| Administrator ID / Name / Type | Administrator information for changes performed |
| Integration System Policy Name | Policy changes that have occurred (linked system or basic) |
| Change log | Summary of how certain items have changed |
| Reason for Change | Reason information entered upon change |
The most recent changes are displayed at the top, and you can check the details by clicking.
▷ Step 2: View Change Details
- You can check detailed information in a popup window by clicking on the change log item.
- Changed item name
- previous policy value
- Changed policy value
- Reason for Change
▷ Step 3: Policy Restoration
- Click the [Restore] button in the detailed information screen.
- This item will revert to its state before the change.
- You can enter the reason for policy restoration when restoring, and the restoration details will also be recorded in the policy change history.
