[Decontamination Results] View
The harmlessness results menu of the SHIELDEX File shows all files processed by the system.Success of Decontamination, Risk Level, Detailed Information and LogsIt is a key feature that can be checked.
The administrator can check the security processing status of each file through this screen and export the results to Excel if necessary.
⚠️ This menu is displayed when logged in with a "Super Admin" account to access a specific integration system page, or when logged in with an "Integration System Admin" account.
Administrator permission settings can be done in [Administrator] > [Administrator List].
1. Entering the decontamination result screen
- When you click on the left menu [Decontamination Results], the decontamination processing history list will be displayed.
▷ Basic Display Items
The list displays the following items by default, at the top**[List Settings]**You can directly configure the display items and order.

Vaccine results, file import method, username (ID), group name, file size (original/sanitized), extension, various times, request IP, task ID, request ID, etc. can be selected and displayed in [List Settings].
▷ List Settings
- top**[List Settings]**You can toggle the items to be displayed by checking and unchecking, and change the column order.
- The configured settings are saved for each administrator account and are retained during the next login,**[Restore Default]**You can revert to the initial configuration.
▷ Sorting
- Clicking on the column header will sort based on that column, and clicking again will toggle between ascending and descending order.
▷ Number of items displayed
- You can choose the number of results to display on a page: 10, 20, or 50, with the default being 20.
▷ Processing Result Details

| exception | This applies to cases where the original is imported by policy. |
| Block | This applies when blocked by policy. |
▷ Risk Details
| Grade | Explanation |
|---|---|
| safety | This is the case when there are no suspected risk factor contents. (Cases where the original is imported by policy are not included in the total.) |
| doubt | This is the case when it includes objects and hyperlinks. |
| Warning | This is the case when macros and ActiveX are included. |
| danger | This is the case when elements that allow external data connections are included. |
| serious | This is the case when it contains identifiable content (such as viruses). |
| Tampering | This is the case where the format and the extension do not match. |
2. Search and Filter Functionality
- From the top, the period isToday · Last 7 days · Last 30 daysYou can select using the shortcut button (default today) or directly set the date range for the start and end dates to view the deactivation results.
- Search and filter are provided for the columns currently displayed in the list.
- The processing results, risk level, file import method, vaccine results, and linked systems are queried via a dropdown (multiple selection).
- File name, user, group, task ID, request ID, request IP, the extension is searched by keyword.
- Request, response, and duration, file size (original/deobfuscated) can be queried in minimum and maximum ranges.
3. Excel Export Function
- Top menu에서**[Export]When clicked, the currently viewed list willDownload in Excel (csv) format**You can receive.
4. Detailed Confirmation of Decontamination Results
- Clicking on the desired item in the results list will open the [Decontamination Result Details] popup.

The original, decontaminated file download will not be provided if the file has been removed by the server scheduler.
▷ When clicking on the duration: Detailed processing timeline
- In the [Decontamination Result Details] screen, clicking the link for 'Time Taken' provides the time stages of the decontamination process in a timeline format measured in seconds.

- In the [Decontamination Results Details] screen, clicking the link for 'Decontamination Log' will display the 'Decontamination Information' popup.

- Clicking the bug icon located at the top right of the detailed screen for the decontamination results allows you to view the entire decontamination processing history.Work Log PopupThis opens.
- Decontamination Progress Information: The overall flow of the decontamination processTimeline visualized in chronological orderprovides.
- Declassification Information: Regarding Declassification RequestsSystem Response Informationprovides in JSON format.
- Module Information: Actually applied to the demining operationEngine module name and version informationprovides in JSON format.
▷ [Forensic Data Information] Tab
- [Decontamination Result Details] You can view the document file's information through the [Forensic Data Information] tab on the screen.**Static Properties (Metadata)**Provides analysis of information.
- In this tab, the contents included within the file such as creation and modification history, production tools, permission settings, and document structure are included.Technical/Structural InformationYou can check.
- The main verification purposes are as follows.
- Check Document Creation/Modification Date
- Check Production Tools and Versions (e.g., Hangul, Word, etc.)
- Print/Edit/Copy Permissions Settings
- Encryption, Font Embedding, Inclusion of XFA
- Technical configuration information such as document format (PDF/A, etc.), version, number of pages, etc.
If the original file has been removed by the server scheduler, forensic data information will not be provided.
▷ Detailed View of Compressed Subfile Processing Results
.zip,.tar,.7zIn the case of the decompression file harmlessness processing results, you can check the harmlessness processing results of the decompressed sub-files by clicking the [View Details Icon] in the upper right corner.- If you click on one of the compressed sub-items, it will provide information about the corresponding file.Decontamination Detailed Results ScreenThis appears.
- The detailed result content structure of the subfile appears the same as that of a regular file.
