Individual Policy

[Policy] > [Individual Policy]​

SHIELDEX File includes basic decontamination policy and integration system policy, in addition toIndividual policies that can be applied at the user or group levelProvides functionality.
Used when you need to apply different policies to specific users or departments (groups).

⚠️ Individual policy setting permissions are granted to [Administrator Type - Super Administrator], and
Administrator permission settings can be done in [Administrator] > [Administrator List].

▶ What is an individual policy?​

  • Unlike the basic demilitarization policy and the linkage system policy,Apply different policies only to specific users/groupsUsed when.
  • Usage example:
    • Allow original imports only for the design team for a certain period of time.
    • Applying stricter policies only to specific users
    • Apply relaxed policies to the group only during the project period.

▶ Policy Application Priority​

When multiple policies are applied simultaneously, they are processed according to the following priority.

The items set in the upper policy take precedence, and the unset items follow the values of the next upper policy.

1. User/Group Registration​

▷ User Tab​

  • Select [User] from the top left tab.
  • + 사용자 추가Button Click
  • After entering user information in the input field, click [Register]

Decontamination RequestuserAutomatic registration is also possible if information is included.

▷ Group Tab​

  • Select [Group] from the top left tab.
  • + 그룹 추가Button Click
  • Enter the group name and click [Register]

2. Individual Policy Settings​

▷ Step 1: Select the Subject​

  • Click on the target for which to set the policy in the user/group list.
  • The [Detailed Information] panel will be displayed on the right.

▷ Step 2: Set Policy Items​

  • Select the [Policy] tab in the right panel.
  • Set values after selecting checkboxes for each policy item to be applied.
  • Unselected items follow the values of the parent policy (linked system policy or default deactivation policy).

▷ Step 3: Specify Policy Expiration Date​

  • By each policy item만료일in the column설정Click
  • After specifying the expiration date, click [Apply]
  • Once the expiration date has passed, the item will automatically switch to the parent policy.

▷ Step 4: Save Policy​

  • Top [Save Policy] button click
  • After entering the reason for the change and saving, it will be recorded in [Policy Change History].

3. Check Application Policy​

  • The policies applied to each subject in the user/group listSourceYou can check.
    • Basic Policy / User Individual Policy / Group Policy

4. Delete User/Group​

  • Target row to delete from the user/group list삭제(X)Button Click
  • The user/group is no longer affected by individual policies.

Precautions​

  • Individual policies take precedence over the basic declassification policy, so set them carefully for consistent security policy operation.
  • After a policy change, you can check the history and restore it in the [Policy Change History] menu.
