Home (Dashboard)
Upon successful login, you will be redirected to the home screen of the web admin console, where you can check the dashboard.
Home Screen Configuration
- The home screen consists of [left menu collection], [top bar], and [dashboard].
- [Top Bar] You can log out by clicking the profile icon on the right.
- The home screen is configured differently based on the logged-in administrator account permissions (super administrator / linked system administrator).
- super administrator: Administrator responsible for system settings of the SHIELDEX service (default decontamination policy, settings menu, etc.)
- When logged in as an administrator, the left menu structure appears as follows.

- The administrator has access to all integration systems that exist in the system, and can select the integration system from the upper right of the top bar.

Dashboard
1. System Dashboard
The system dashboard allows you to monitor the current resource status of the SHIELDEX server in real-time.
⚠️ This dashboard is displayed to both 'Super Admin' and 'Integration System Admin'.

▶ System Monitoring and Status
**'System Monitoring'**provides real-time server resource status.
- Real-time serverResources (CPU, MEMORY)About Values and Thresholdsgraphprovides.
- *Threshold: It is the boundary value that can indicate abnormal signs of the server's CPU and MEMORY.
- SHIELDEX products areCPUresource usage may temporarily rise above 90% due to heavy computation. However, if CPU usage exceeds 90% for more than 10 minutes, this indicates that the data influx is excessive compared to the server specifications, leading to the server'sAbnormal signsIt is judged.
- SHIELDEX product'sMemoryis designed to not exceed 80%, and if it exceeds that, the server'sAbnormal signscan be judged.
'System Status'Real-time server resourcesusage rateProvides the current status.
- Real-time server resource (CPU, MEMORY, DISK) usage ratepercentageIt is represented as a value.
▶ Major Service Status
**'Main Service Status'**provides the status and integrity check results of the services that make up SHIELDEX.
- Main services are**'Admin Web Console', 'Decontamination Interface', 'Decontamination Service'**It is composed of.
- Essential services through automated or manual inspection ofIntegrity StateProvides results for.
- Automatic inspection and manual inspection can be performed by registering an automatic inspection scheduler or through manual inspection in the [Settings] > [Integrity Check] tab.
- If a problem occurs with the service, an error message is displayed to indicate the status value.
2. Decontamination Dashboard
On the home screen of the web admin console, you can check the dashboard for the status of the neutralization process and the processing results.
⚠️ This dashboard is displayed when logged in with a "Super Admin" account to access a specific integration system page, or when logged in with an "Integration System Admin" account.
Administrator permission settings can be done in [Administrator] > [Administrator List].
▶ Decontamination Progress Status
**'Decontamination Progress Status'**You can check the status of the decontamination process for the import request file in __PH_0__.
- Progress status is**'Total', 'Waiting', 'In Progress', 'Completed'**It is classified into categories, and the corresponding number of cases for each category is displayed.
▶ Decontamination Treatment Results
**'Decontamination Treatment Results'**provides the processing results and risk status of the original files that have been decontaminated.
- Displays the daily average decontamination processing speed and the monthly average decontamination processing speed.
- Processing Result: Displays the processing results of the original file after the decontamination work is completed.
- Processing result is**'Complete', 'Success', 'Exception', 'Block'**is classified as.

- Risk Level: Displays the risk level according to the risk content elements included in the original file for files that have been successfully sanitized.
- Risk level is**'safety', 'suspicion', 'warning', 'danger', 'serious', 'tampering'**is classified as.

| safety | This is the case when there are no suspected risk factor contents. (Cases where the original is imported by policy are not included in the total.) |
| doubt | This is the case when it includes objects and hyperlinks. |
| Warning | This is the case when macros and ActiveX are included. |
| danger | This is the case when elements that allow external data connections are included. |
| serious | This is the case when it contains identifiable content (such as viruses). |
| Tampering | This is the case where the format and the extension do not match. |
3. Block/Original Import Status Dashboard
This is a dashboard that allows you to quickly grasp the status of blockages and original imports.
⚠️ This dashboard is displayed when logged in with a "Super Admin" account to access a specific integration system page, or when logged in with an "Integration System Admin" account.
▶ Block/Original Import Status
- Visualize and display the number of blocks and original imports.
- You can check the fluctuations of policy application results through hourly and daily trends.
▶ Blocked/Imported Users TOP 10
- Displays the top 10 users with the most block/import occurrences.
- It can be used to identify policy bypass attempts or usage patterns of specific users or departments.
