  • You must use the SHIELDGate service both inside and outside the company.

Subscription and User Allocation

Select the Security365 service to subscribe to

  • Organization administrators can select subscription services upon their first login to the Security365 Portal after signing up for Security365.
  • [Choosing Security365 Service]
    • When you first access the Security365 Portal after signing up, the service selection screen will be activated.
    • Select a service to subscribe to between SHIELDrive and SHIELDGate.
      ! Single and multiple selections are available.
    • after selecting a service완료When the button is clicked, the app service is registered, and you will be redirected to the Security365 Portal main page.

License Assignment through the Security365 Management Center

  • Through the [License Assignment] menu in the Security365 Management Center, administrators can add and manage users who will use the SHIELDGate service.
  • To use SHIELDGate, you must assign a SHIELDGate license.
  • To use app access and desktop access on SHIELDGate,SHIELDEX Remote BrowserYou must assign a license.! For smooth use of SHIELDGate SHIELDEX Remote Browser You need to assign a license.
  • To use the file feature in SHIELDGate, you must assign a SHIELDrive license.

Adding Users through the Security365 Management Center

  • Through the [User Management] menu in the Security365 Management Center, administrators can add and manage users who will use the Security365 service.

  • When a user is added, that user will be enrolled in the Security365 service.
    *When adding a user, a service registration and password change setting email will be sent to the user's email.

Add Microsoft Users

  1. Left menu's사용자 관리Click.
  2. At the top of the user list사용자 추가Click.
  3. The user addition window is activated andMicrosoft 사용자 추가Click the menu.
  4. The Microsoft administrator authentication window is activated andMicrosoft 관리자 인증Click.
  5. The Microsoft login window is activated, and you enter your Microsoft administrator account for authentication.
  6. After authentication, add users of Microsoft365 within the organization as Security365 users.

Add User with Admin Account

  1. Left menu's사용자 관리Click.
  2. At the top of the user list사용자 추가Click.
  3. The user addition window is activated and사용자 등록Click the menu.
  4. After entering the user's name and email you want to add, enter and select the group to which you want to add that user as a member.
    *If a group is not selected 그룹 없음indicated by
    *The initially selected group is automatically designated as the representative group.
    *The groups added afterward will be to the right of the selected group. 대표 그룹 지정 Button Click
  5. Clicking the register button adds a Security365 user.

Add Users via Bulk Registration

  1. Left menu's사용자 관리Click.

  2. At the top of the user list사용자 추가Click.

  3. The user addition window is activated and사용자 일괄 등록Click the menu.

  4. The user bulk registration window is activated and파일 찾아보기After clicking the button, a CSV file containing user information will be uploaded when selected.
    The CSV file containing user information will be uploaded when dragged and dropped into the user bulk registration window.
    *If there is no CSV file CSV 템플릿 다운로드 You can create a CSV template by clicking the button.

    1. CSV 템플릿 다운로드After clicking the button, download the UserCreateTemplate.csv Excel file.
    2. The UserCreateTemplate.csv Excel document containsLastName Required = 이름, FirstName Required = 성,Email Required = 이메일, Id Optional = 아이디, GroupIdList Optional (Using a "space" as a delimiter)=그룹There is an item and you fill in the content of that item.
  5. 등록Clicking the button will complete the bulk registration of users.
    *Users who will not be added should be unchecked.

✔ License Assignment

  1. Left menu's라이선스 관리Click.
  2. License Management ListSHIELDGateClick.
  3. 라이선스 할당Click the menu.
  4. on the right라이선스 할당The menu will be activated, and when the user is searched and selected, that user will be added.*Multiple additions are possible.

  5. 할당Assign licenses to additional users when the button is clicked.
