File Download Error Resolution Measures

Overview

This is an administrator guide for errors that may occur when downloading files from SHIELDGate.
When a user reports a download failure, we assist in analyzing the error and taking appropriate action.

  2. When a storage-related error occurs
    • After checking the storage settings and permissions on the admin page, take action.
  3. When a network and integration error occurs
    • Check for internal network issues and contact the SOFTCAMP technical support team if necessary.
  4. When a policy-related error occurs
    • Check the file policy settings and adjust the policy if necessary to resolve the issue.
