In the SHIELDGate admin pageClick the menu to access the home screen.


Basic Screen Configuration

The dashboard visually displays the key statistics of SHIELDGate, allowing you to grasp the system status at a glance through real-time data.

  • The chart can be switched to the data sheet through the detail view button on the right, and it also provides a download feature.

Registered asset count

  • Displays the total number of assets registered on the admin page.
  • You can check the number of apps, URLs, desktops, and remote consoles in the detailed items.
  • If there are unused features in the settings menu, those items will not be displayed.

Today's access count

  • Displays the total number of users accessing the work system (app, URL input field) and desktop in real-time today.
  • Only the number of unique visitors is counted, excluding duplicate accesses.
  • Clicking the detail view button allows you to check the user list by access type (business system app, URL input field, desktop, remote console).

Today's block count

  • We are aggregating all block counts that have occurred from 00:00 today to the present in real-time.
  • Includes access blocking, action blocking, and sensitive information blocking.
  • You can check the detailed status by type of block by clicking the detail view button.

Caution User

  • Users with a total of more than 10 block incidents in the last 7 days are classified as caution users.
  • You can quickly identify users who need enhanced security policies.
  • You can check the detailed status of block types by user in the attention by clicking the detail view button.

Chart Information

Each chart has a period filter (1D, 1W, 1M, 3M, 날짜 직접 선택) is provided.

Top 10 Blocked by Domain

  • Analyzing the top 10 blocked domains based on the number of blocks in the business system.
  • It is only displayed when using the business system menu.
  • You can check the detailed table of user blocking by domain when you click the view details button.

Comprehensive Analysis of Blocking Status

  • Integrates and analyzes all blocking status occurring in the business system, desktop, and remote console.
  • Detailed analysis is possible with 3 sub-tabs.

User Risk Analysis

  • Analyzes the risk level by combining access blocking, action blocking, and sensitive information blocking for each user.
  • The number of blocks by type is displayed in different colors, and the total number of blocks is shown in descending order.
  • Users with a block count of 0 will be excluded.
  • By clicking the detail view button, you can check the overall blocking status table of all users.

Accessing the Work System

  • Analyzing the site access status through the business system (app/URL input field).
  • Access to the app and URL input field is aggregated together and aggregated by domain (with or without www combined).
  • It consists of 2 detailed tabs.

File Transfer

  • Displays the file upload/download activity status by user.
  • All systems (business systems, remote consoles) are aggregated, and the total number of transmission attempts (allowed + blocked) is sorted in descending order.
  • It consists of 2 detailed tabs.

Top 5 Desktop Users

  • Displays the usage status and access frequency of personal desktops by user.
  • Displayed only when desktop features are enabled.

Real-time Isolation Browser Status

  • Displays the real-time usage status of the isolated browser in a gauge chart.
  • You can check the total number of browsers, the number of browsers in use, and the number of browsers in standby.
  • Usage is displayed as a percentage (%), and it is independent of the time filter with real-time data.
  • By clicking the detail view button, you can check the detailed status of the currently used browser.
  • Displays the trend of hourly isolated browser usage as a line graph.
  • The average, maximum, and minimum three types of data are displayed in different colors.
  • The Y-axis is dynamically adjusted according to the data range.

  • When you click on the detail view, the current screen switches to the detailed data table, and you can restore it with the button to return to the chart.
  • When downloading individually, the data for the period set in the corresponding chart will be downloaded.
  • When downloading all, all card and chart data will be downloaded in accordance with the current time filter.
  • Charts for features that are disabled in settings will be excluded from downloads.
