Storage Management Guide
1. Storage Creation
Set up and create the storage to connect to SHIELDrive.
- You can register a new storage by clicking the "Register Storage" button in the storage list.
- Enter the information of the storage to be used by connecting to SHIELDrive in the right slide window for storage registration.
Creating SharePoint Storage
- Storage typeSharePointSet to.
- PurposeChoose between 'common box' or 'shared box'.
- Enter the SharePoint folder URL information to connect to SHIELDrive.
- ※ The folder to be connected must be created in advance, and the SharePoint account of the same tenant as the administrator account must be used.
- Enter name and description.
- Click the [Register] button to create.
NAS/Security NAS Storage Creation
- Storage typeNAS/Security NASSet to.
- PurposeSelect from 'Personal Folder', 'Common Folder', 'Shared Folder', 'Teams Folder'.
- Enter the folder URL (IP) information to connect to SHIELDrive.
- Enter name and description.
- Select a connection protocol (WEBDAV, SFTP).
- When selecting SFTP, additional input for print mark information
- Enter the folder path and port information to connect.
- Enter the NAS account ID and password.
- For a secure NAS, select the registered Edge to link.

Creating Google Drive Storage
- Storage typeGoogle DriveSet to.
- PurposeChoose between 'common box' or 'shared box'.
- Enter name and description.
- Enter the Google account to connect.

Creating Amazon S3 Storage
- Storage typeAmazon S3Set to.
- PurposeChoose between 'common box' or 'shared box'.
- Enter name and description.
- Enter the bucket name, region, access key, and secret key.

2. Storage Detailed Settings
You can check the information of the registered storage and set permissions.
- Clicking on Storage in the [Storage Management] menu will activate the right slide.

[Information]: Type, Purpose, URL, Description, Creation Date Check
- In the case of a secure NAS personal vault, capacity can be configured.

[Usage Rights]: Role-based member and permission settings
- Permissions: View, Edit, Upload, Download, Move/Copy, Delete, Send Files, etc.

[Activity History]: View History of Information Changes and Role Settings

3. Adding a Role
Set the roles and permissions to be applied to the storage.

Click the "New Role" button

Enter role name and description

Add Members (Search by Username/Department or Add All)

Setting Conditions (Disabling Roles, Positioning, etc.)

Permission settings: view, edit, upload, download, delete, etc.

Click the [Create] button to save
4. Storage Modification and Deletion
Edit Storage Information
- Right-click on the storage item or click the 'Edit' icon → Activate the edit modal
- After modifying the necessary items, click [Edit]
Storage Deletion

Right-click on the storage item or click the 'Trash' icon → Delete modal

After entering the storage name, click [Delete] to complete.
5. User-specific Capacity Management
You can set the total capacity and user-specific allocated capacity for personal storage (NAS/Security NAS).
In the detailed settings of personal storage, you can manage the overall size of the storage and user-specific quotas in detail through the capacity management feature.

5-1. Capacity Setting Overview
After clicking on personal storage in the storage list,**[Settings]**When you move to the tab, the capacity setting area will be displayed.

| Total Storage Size | Total capacity available for use in the storage (in GB) |
| Basic User Assignment | Default capacity (in GB) granted equally to all users for whom individual allocations are not set. |
| Individual Assignment | Individually assign a capacity different from the default allocation to a specific user |
Capacity Bar
The capacity distribution status is visually displayed at the top of the settings tab.

5-2. Basic Capacity Settings
- Storage Detail Page**[Settings]**Click the tab.
- Total Storage SizeEnter the total capacity (GB).
- Basic User AssignmentEnter the default allocation capacity (GB) per user.
- The basic number of allocated users and total allocation information will be displayed automatically at the bottom.
- Click the [Save] button to apply.
Reference: The number of basic allocated users is the total number of users minus the number of individual allocated users.
5-3. Individual Assignment Settings
If you need to assign a different capacity than the default allocation to a specific user, use individual allocation settings.

Dialog Composition
- top: Capacity bar — The current default allocation, individual allocation, and remaining capacity status are visually displayed.
- Tab Switching:
- [All Users]: List of all users who can access the storage
- [Individual Assignment User]: Display only users with assigned individual capacities
- Search: You can quickly find a specific user by searching with the username.

Individual Capacity Allocation Method
- Find the target user in the user list.
- the corresponding user's**Individual Quota (GB)**Enter the desired capacity in the input field.
- Only integers greater than 1GB can be entered.
- You can set the capacity for multiple users at once.
- The allocation status is updated in real-time on the top capacity bar, allowing you to immediately check whether the total capacity has been exceeded.
- After completing the settings, click the [Save] button.
Individual Unassignment
- If the value in the individual allocation input field is deleted (emptied), the individual allocation for that user will be released, and the default allocation capacity will be applied.
5-4. Capacity Overload Validation
- The sum of the total of basic allocations and the total of individual allocations isIf the total size of the storage is exceededA warning will be displayed, and the save button will be disabled.
- The capacity bar changes to red to visually indicate an overflow state.
- To resolve the capacity overflow, do one of the following:
- Increasing the total size of storage
- Reducing the default user allocation capacity
- Reducing or releasing the capacity of individual allocation users
