When the personal folder is not created immediately

Q. I logged in as a new user, but I can't see my personal folder. Why is that?​

A.
The personal folder is automatically created when a new user is registered,
Usually, it is created within 1-2 minutes after registration.

However,If the system schedule is already running,
Creating a folder for the userdoes not run immediately,
It can be created after the following schedule is completed.
In this case,It can take up to 6 hours.

Q. What should I do in this case?​

**A.** You can quickly solve the problem using one of the following two methods.

  1. Change the storage permissions of the individual vault and save.
    • If you modify and save the members of the corresponding personal vault's storage permissions,
      The scheduled task for creating the personal folder in the system will be activated again.
  2. Wait when another user is created together.
    • For example, when user 1 is added and the personal locker has not yet been created.
      When user 2 is newly added, the schedule will be executed again and completed.,
      There are cases where the personal spaces of User 1 and User 2 are created together.
