1. Teams app policy settings
1.1 Overview of Teams app video conferencing features
Video conferencing in SHIELD Gate is disabled by default as it significantly increases the memory and CPU usage of the RBI server. To use the video conferencing feature in the Teams app, the administrator must enable the policy.
1.2 Teams app policy activation procedure
Step 1: Register Teams URL
- Access the SHIELD Gate management page.
- Admin Page > Work System > URL Input FieldGo to menu.

Step 2: Create Conditional Policy
- Business System > URL Input FieldGo to menu.
- Conditional PolicySelect the tab.
- Add New PolicyClick the button.
- Enter the policy name (e.g., "Teams Video Conferencing Policy").
- Select the applicable members:
- All Users
- specific group
- specific user
- Select the Teams URL added in step 1 from the target.
- Usage Policy > Video Conferencing Mode
