All features described in this document require administrator access to the Security365 management center to be verified.
1. Set account deactivation cycle
- An option to deactivate the account if the user does not log in within the specified period.
- 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 180 (days)
2. Password Policy Configuration

3. Automatic Logout Settings
- Set the automatic logout period when no events occur due to inactivity for a certain period of time.
- 10 / 30 (minutes)
- 1~12 (hours)
- Automatically log out from the previous IP when accessing the same account from an IP other than the currently connected IP (CheckBox)
4. Recent Access Information
- Display the information (date/time/IP) of when the user last accessed the service upon user login.
- Connection date and time
- Access IP
5. User Account Authentication Policy Settings
- If the number of failed login attempts reaches the set limit, the account will be locked for a certain period of time.
- Number of allowed login failures: 5 times / 7 times / 10 times
- Account lockout duration: 5 minutes / 10 minutes / 30 minutes / 60 minutes
