SettingsIn the menu, you can configure and manage the security and operational policies of SHIELD DRM more precisely.
Screen Configuration
SHIELD DRM Admin Page설정Click the menu to access. The screen is composed of the following cards from top to bottom.

Each card isIndividual Storage Methodis. The upper right corner of the card저장The button only saves the settings of the corresponding card and does not affect the changes of other cards.
Changing settings includes
설정Role permissions are required. Selection, input, and saving will be disabled for administrators without permissions.
1. Cloud Service
This is a setting for selecting the cloud service to which SHIELD DRM will be applied. Only the menus and screens corresponding to the selected service will be displayed on the admin page.
SHIELD DRM supports Microsoft 365 (SharePoint · OneDrive · Teams) and Google Workspace (Google Drive), and both services can be used together.
If not configured separately, it operates in a state that only uses Microsoft 365. If you are currently operating in a Microsoft 365 environment, you can use it as before without any additional actions.
How to set up
- Click on the card of the service to apply to select it. Clicking the card again will deselect it.

- When the selection is complete, the upper right corner of the card
저장Click the button. - It will be reflected in the left menu immediately upon saving.
- If you select both services, the menus for each service will be displayed together. However,The screen and indicators are displayed separately for each service and are not aggregated.
- At least one service must be selected in order to save. If nothing is selected, a message will be displayed and the save button will be disabled.
- The save button will be disabled even if the selected content is the same as the saved value.

The table above only indicates the exposure based on the selection of cloud services. Each menu may be further restricted based on product usage and role permission settings.
Impact on Log Filter

Precautions
- Cloud service configuration isSettings that determine the exposure range of menus and screensIt is. Even if you uncheck the selection, the existing registered policies and data will not be deleted.
- If you deselect a service, the menu for that service will be hidden, so you will not be able to view or modify the policies managed in the hidden menu. If you select it again, you can check it in its previous state.
- Even if you choose Google Workspace, to actually receive document events, you need to
연동 관리 > Google Drive 이벤트 채널You need to install the channel on the target drive. - If only Google Workspace is selected, the metrics and charts area on the home screen will not be displayed. The current metrics are calculated based on Microsoft 365.
2. App Authentication Information
This is a card to check and copy the authentication information of the SHIELD DRM service.
Authentication information is a combination of App ID and App Secret.Security Tokenis. Use by copying and pasting the credential values into the management console or admin page.

How to use
- Click the copy icon on the right of the item to copy.
- The value is copied to the clipboard.

Precautions
- This card isRead-onlyIt is. You cannot directly modify or reissue the value.
- App authentication information is a security token, so care should be taken to prevent it from being leaked externally.

3. Document Conversion Delay Time Setting
This is a setting that executes the conversion after waiting for a specified amount of time for all document conversion events occurring in SharePoint.
It is used to minimize event collisions or system timing issues.
This card is a Microsoft 365 exclusive feature.

- A completion notification popup will be displayed upon successful saving.
Precautions
- Setting a longer delay reduces event collisions, but it also increases the time it takes for the document to be protected. You need to set a value that is appropriate for your operating environment.
- This setting applies to all document conversion events occurring in SharePoint. It cannot be applied to specific policies or specific sites.
