Subscription Page

This is the menu for managing subscription information for all tenants. When a subscription is added, the tenant can manage the subscribed plan from their management center.

Subscription Inquiry

• You can check the generated subscription list.
• You can check the company name, plan name, plan type, total number of licenses, allocated number of licenses, and license expiration date.

Add Subscription

• 구독 추가You can create a new subscription by clicking the button.
• Enter the following information when creating a subscription:
  • Select Company (Required): Choose the tenant to apply the subscription
  • Select Plan (Required): Choose the plan to apply
    • 플랜> 플랜 탭You can add a plan that was added in __PH_0__.
  • Subscription quantity (required): Enter the number of licenses
  • Expiration Date (Required): Set Subscription Expiration Date

After creating a new tenant through membership registration and selecting a subscription service, a 1-month trial subscription for that service will be automatically created.

Edit Subscription

• You can only modify user information assigned to the subscription. Other information cannot be modified.
  • If additional users are assigned, the total number of licenses will be reduced by the number of added users.
    • For example, if 50 out of a total of 100 licenses are allocated and 10 more are added, 60 will be allocated and 40 will remain.
• If you need to change the subscription expiration date, please use the subscription conversion.

Subscription Conversion

• You can change your current subscription to a different plan.
  • The license information of existing users is automatically transferred to the new plan, so it is mainly used when transitioning from a trial subscription to a regular subscription.
    • Example: Switch from a 1-month free trial to an annual subscription.
• When switching to a subscription, the license information of existing users will be automatically transferred to the new plan.
  • Users assigned to the existing subscription will remain assigned.
• When you specify the start date of the new subscription, the expiration date is automatically calculated based on the duration of the selected plan.
  • For a plan with a 1-year usage period starting from October 4, 2024, the expiration date will be automatically set to October 4, 2025.

Unsubscribe

• You can cancel subscriptions that are no longer needed.
• Caution when canceling subscription:
  • The company (tenant) will no longer be able to use the services of the plan immediately.
  • All licenses assigned to users will be revoked, and access to the service will be unavailable.
