Personal Folder Automatic Deletion Exception Settings

In the personal folder designated for automatic deletion by the administrator, files that have passed the set period are automatically deleted. Folders that do not wish to be automatically deleted can be designated as exception folders to be preserved.

1. Exception Specification Method​

  • personal boxTop-level folderWhen you select the folder directly below the personal folder, the [Automatic Deletion Exception] toggle will be displayed in the detail panel on the right.
  • When the toggle is turned on, the specified folder and all its subfolders and files will be excluded from automatic deletion.

2. Can only be set at the top-level folder unit​

  • Exceptions can only be specified at the top-level folder level, and exceptions cannot be specified separately for subfolders.
  • If you specify the top-level folder as an exception, all of its sub-items will be preserved together.

3. Exception Folder Operation Guide​
