Search and Filter Guide
1. File and Folder Search
You can click the top search bar to search for files, folders, and comments.

You can search with multiple words separated by commas (,).

Select search conditions (OR/AND) to set up the multi-keyword search method.
- OR: Search for items that contain any of the entered words
- AND: Search only items that contain all entered words

You can search for content that includes a specific user using the user filter.

If you specify a folder to search, it will only search within that specific folder. If not specified, it will search across all folders.
2. Search Using Tags

Add Tag: Select a file/folder and add a tag in the details panel.

Tag Search: Enter a tag in the search box to search for items that contain that tag.

Tag Filter: You can narrow down the results using the tag filter on the search results page.
3. Check Recent Documents and Search Terms
Recent Documents
- You can check the recently viewed documents in reverse chronological order on the main page.
- Double-clicking the document opens it in Web Office in a new tab.
- Click the refresh icon in the upper right corner to update the list.
Recent Search Terms
- The recent search keywords are displayed in the left menu in reverse chronological order.
- You can click the X icon to delete the search term.
