📄️ Basic File and Folder Management
This guide covers the basic tasks of creating, uploading, downloading, moving, and deleting files and folders in the folder view. The menus displayed may vary depending on the storage method and the permissions set by the administrator.
📄️ Check Detailed Information
You can check the information, activity history, comments, and previous versions of files and folders in the details slide. The slide opens overlapping above the list on the right side of the screen.
📄️ File Viewing and Editing Guide
This document provides guidance on how to open files from SHIELD Drive and how to edit documents. Files can be opened using web office, local Office apps, or SHIELD Viewer, and the available method is determined by the storage type, saving method, permissions set by the administrator (viewing, editing, downloading), and file extension.
📄️ Trash bin
Files and folders deleted from secure storage are moved to the recycle bin. You can restore items from the recycle bin to their original location or permanently delete them. Items deleted from regular storage are permanently deleted immediately without going through the recycle bin, so they do not appear in the recycle bin.
📄️ Folder and File Naming Conventions
These are the rules to follow when creating or renaming folders and files. If the rules are not followed, a guidance message will be displayed below the input field, and the \[Confirm] button will be disabled.
📄️ File Link Viewing Process
When you open a file link shared via \[Copy Link], you will be taken to the file viewing screen to check whether you can view the file, and then you can open the file. This document explains the progress screen and guidance text displayed when accessing via the link. Please refer to the "Sharing and Collaboration Guide" for instructions on how to create a link.
📄️ Sending interconnection files
This document provides guidance on how to send files from SHIELD Drive to another network (connected network) in a network-separated environment and how to check the transmission results. The menu will only be displayed if the company uses network interconnection and the administrator has granted permission to send files to the storage role.
📄️ Personal Folder Automatic Deletion Exception Folder Settings
In the personal vault designated for automatic deletion by the administrator, files that have passed the set period are automatically deleted. Folders that need to be preserved are excluded from deletion by turning off automatic deletion in the details slide. Automatic deletion only applies to secure storage personal vaults.
