File Transfer Error Message and Log Check Guide

This guide explains how to check the messages displayed on the screen and the logs in case of issues during the file transfer process.

If files are not transmitted correctly in an environment that includes interlocking transmission, refer to the information below to identify the cause of the error.


1. Check File Transfer Status

After the file is transferred, the status is displayed as follows.

  • During normal transmission: In the lower right corner as a message"완료"is displayed.
  • On transmission failure:
    The files that failed to send are listed in a popup format."휴네시온으로 파일 전송 실패"The message appears.

The transmission status message may vary in some expressions according to the policy set by the administrator.


2. Checking the error details of the failed file

If there are files that failed to send, hover your mouse over the corresponding file in the list.

    • Detailed error original message regarding the reason for failureis displayed in the form of a tooltip.
    • This message is based on the actual error information provided by the system and helps the user identify the problem.

3. Check Error Details by File

In the future, for each file that fails to send, the error message will be displayed more clearly in the following manner.

  • You can quickly check why a file was not transmitted.

However, currently, the feature to resend individual files is not provided. You need to rerun the entire transfer operation for the files that can be retried.

Based on this information, you can quickly respond to user issues or check for system problems.
