This document introduces how to use the [File Status] page.

1. File Profile

  • File Title
  • Last user work time for the last task
  • Total period of file usage logs stored
  • Source: Parent document, downloaded site, person who delivered it, etc.
  • Clicking on the user will take you to that user's status page.

2. Summary

  • User Usage: Shows the users who used the file, up to 7 people.
  • System Path: Displays up to 7 systems used to transfer/work with files.
  • Derived Files: Shows the titles of all files derived from the file.
  • Work Status: Displays the current status of file usage in a graph.
  • You can modify the period for checking data through the button.

2. Usage Graph

  • Shows the status of file usage in a graph.
  • You can click on the elements of the graph to check the details through the right menu.

3. Right Menu

  • You can check the recent work information in reverse chronological order.
  • Clicking on the user will take you to that user's status page.
  • You can modify the period using the button in the Summary.
