[Login] Web Management Console Login and Password Reset​

1. Accessing the Web Management Console​

When you access the SHIELDEX File web management console, the login screen is displayed.
User**Enter the ID and password of the registered administrator account.**must do.

  • ID input field: Enter admin account
  • Password Input Field: Enter the password for the account

When logging into the management console for the first time, log in according to the basic access information provided.
ID/PW : admin / shieldexfile_pwd
⚠️ Basic connection information may be provided differently depending on the customer environment.


2. (Initial login to the management console) Password reset​

When logging in with the default password of the initial administrator account, a warning popup like the one below will be displayed for security reasons.

You have logged in with the default password. Please log in after changing your password.

  • This popup isDefault PasswordIt only appears when logged in.
  • To strengthen security**You must change your password immediately.**and normal use is possible thereafter.

Change Password​

If you log in with the default password, automaticallyPassword Change PopupThis appears.
You need to reset your password according to the following conditions:


Password Requirements

  • At least 9 characters longIt must be.
  • The following items are eachIncludes one or moremust be
    • number
    • Uppercase English letters
    • lowercase English letters
    • Special Characters
  • consecutive characters of 4 or moreLetters or numbers are not allowed.

Input Field Configuration

  • Target of Change: Currently logged in account name (e.g.: __PH_0__)adminThis will be displayed.
  • New Password: Enter a new password
  • Confirm new password: Re-enter the same password

⚠️ The initial access administrator is granted 'System Administrator' privileges.


3. Accessing the Web Management Console Home Screen​

Upon successful login to the normal web management console administrator account,
Navigate to the SHIELDEX FILE web management console home screen.
