Home (Dashboard)
Upon successful login, you will be directed to the home screen of the web admin console, where you can check the dashboard.
Home Screen Configuration
- The home screen consists of the [left menu collection], [top bar], and [dashboard].
- You can log out by clicking the profile icon on the right side of the top bar.
- The home screen is configured differently depending on the logged-in administrator account permissions (System Administrator / Channel Administrator).
- System Administrator: Administrator responsible for system settings of the SHIELDEX service (default decontamination policy, administrator settings, etc.)
- When logged in as a system administrator, the left menu structure appears as follows.

- The system administrator has access to all channels that exist in the system and can select a channel from the top right of the bar.
- When logged in as a system administrator, the left menu structure appears as follows.
- Channel Manager: An administrator responsible for each channel existing within the system (group policy, handling of harmless processing results, etc.)
- When logged in as a channel manager, the left menu structure appears as follows.

Dashboard
1. System Dashboard
The system dashboard allows you to monitor the current resource status of the SHIELDEX server in real-time.
⚠️ This dashboard is displayed to both 'System Administrators' and 'Channel Administrators'.
Administrator permission settings can be configured in [Administrator Settings] > [Account and Permission Management].
▶ System Monitoring and Status
**'System Monitoring'**provides real-time server resource status.
- Real-time ServerResources (CPU, MEMORY)About Values and ThresholdsGraphprovides.
- *Threshold: This is the boundary value that indicates abnormal signs of the server's CPU and MEMORY.
- The SHIELDEX product isCPUresource usage may temporarily rise above 90% due to heavy computation. However, if CPU utilization exceeds 90% for more than 10 minutes, this indicates an excessive data influx relative to the server specifications, which may lead to the server'sAbnormal signsIt is judged that.
- SHIELDEX product'sMemoryis designed to not exceed 80%, and if it exceeds that, the server'sAbnormal signscan be judged.
'System Status'Real-time server resourcesUsage RateProvides the current status.
- Real-time server resource (CPU, MEMORY, DISK) usage ratePercentageIt is represented as a value.
▶ Main Service Status
**'Main Service Status'**provides the status and integrity check results of the services that make up SHIELDEX.

Essential services through automatic or manual inspectionIntegrity StateProvides results for.
- Automatic inspection and manual inspection can be performed by registering an automatic inspection scheduler or through manual inspection in the [Admin Settings] - [Integrity Check Management] tab.

If a problem occurs with the service, an error message will be displayed to indicate the status value.
2. Decontamination Dashboard
On the home screen of the web admin console, you can check the dashboard for the status of the neutralization process and the processing results.
⚠️ This dashboard is displayed when logged in with a "System Administrator" account to access a specific channel page, or when logged in with a "Channel Administrator" account.
Administrator permission settings can be configured in [Administrator Settings] > [Account and Permission Management].
▶ Status of Decontamination Progress
**"Status of Demilitarization"**You can check the status of the decontamination process for the import request file.
- Progress status is**'Total', 'Pending', 'In Progress', 'Completed'**It is classified and the corresponding number of cases for each category is displayed.
▶ Decontamination Treatment Results
**"Decontamination Treatment Results"**provides the processing results and risk status of the original files that have been decontaminated.
- Displays the daily average decontamination processing speed and the monthly average decontamination processing speed.
- Processing Result: Displays the processing results of the original file after the decontamination work is completed.
- Processing result is**'Complete', 'Success', 'Exception', 'Blocked'**is classified as.
