[Decontamination Results] View
The harmlessness result menu of the SHIELDEX File shows all files processed by the system.Decontamination Success Status, Risk Level, Detailed Information, and LogsIt is a key feature that can be verified.
The administrator can check the security processing status of each file through this screen and export the results to Excel if necessary.
⚠️ This menu is displayed when logged in with a "System Administrator" account to access a specific channel page, or when logged in with a "Channel Administrator" account.
Administrator permission settings can be configured in [Administrator Settings] > [Account and Permission Management].
1. Entering the Demilitarization Result Screen
- When you click on the left menu [Decontamination Results], a list of decontamination processing history will be displayed.

2. Search and Filter Functionality
- You can set the date range in the top input field to view the declassification results.
- You can check the decontamination results through file name, extension, task ID, and user search.
- You can view the decontamination results through filters (original file size, decontaminated file size, channel code, work code, processing result, risk level, etc.).
- When applying the original/declassification file size filter, files larger than the specified size are retrieved.
3. Excel Export Function

4. Detailed Review of Decontamination Results
- Clicking on the desired item in the results list will open the [Decontamination Result Details] popup.

The original, de-identified processing file download is not provided if the file has been removed by the server scheduler.

- Clicking the link for 'Time Taken' on the [Declassification Results Details] screen provides a timeline of the declassification processing time in seconds.

- By clicking the bug icon located at the top right of the detailed screen of the decontamination results, you can check the entire decontamination process.Job Log PopupThis opens.

- Through the [Forensic Data Information] tab on the [Decontamination Results Details] screen, the document file's**Static Properties (Metadata)**It analyzes and provides information.
- This tab includes the creation and modification history, production tools, permission settings, document structure, and other contents included within the file.Technical/Structural InformationYou can check.
- The main verification purposes are as follows.
- Check document creation/modification date
- Check production tools and versions (e.g., Hangul, Word, etc.)
- Print/Edit/Copy Permission Settings
- Encryption, Font Embedding, Inclusion of XFA
- Technical configuration information such as document format (PDF/A, etc.), version, number of pages, etc.
If the original file has been removed by the server scheduler, forensic data information will not be provided.
▷ View detailed results of compressed subfile processing
.zip, .tar, .7zIn the case of the decompression file neutralization processing results, you can check the neutralization processing results of the decompressed sub-files by clicking the [View Details Icon] in the upper right corner.- If you click on one of the compressed sub-items, it will provide information about the corresponding file.Decontamination Detailed Results ScreenThis appears.
- The detailed result content structure of the sub-file appears the same as that of a regular file.
