[Decontamination Results] View
The decontamination results menu of the SHIELDEX File shows all files processed by the system.Success of demilitarization, risk level, detailed information, and logsis a key feature that can be checked.
The administrator can check the security processing status of each file through this screen and export the results to Excel if necessary.
⚠️ This menu is displayed when logged in with a “System Administrator” account to access a specific channel page, or when logged in with a “Channel Administrator” account.
Administrator permission settings can be found under [Administrator Settings] > [Account and Permission Management].
1. Entering the decontamination result screen
- When you click on the left menu [Decontamination Results], the decontamination processing history list is displayed.

2. Search and Filter Functionality
- You can set the date range in the top input field to view the decontamination results.
- You can check the decontamination results through file name, extension, task ID, and user search.
- You can query the decontamination results through filters (original file size, decontaminated file size, channel code, work code, processing result, risk level, etc.).
- When applying the original/decontamination file size filter, files larger than the entered size are displayed.
3. Excel Export Function
- Top menu at**[Export]When clicked, the currently viewed list willDownload in Excel (csv) format**You can receive.
4. Detailed Confirmation of Decontamination Results
- When you click on the desired item in the results list, the [Decontamination Result Details] popup will open.

The original, decontaminated file download is not provided if the file has been removed by the server scheduler.
▷ When clicking on the duration: Detailed processing timeline
- In the [Decontamination Results Details] screen, clicking the link for 'Time Taken' provides the time stages of the decontamination process in a timeline format measured in seconds.

- In the [Decontamination Results Details] screen, clicking the link for 'Decontamination Log' will display the 'Decontamination Information' popup.

- Clicking the bug icon located at the top right of the detailed screen for the decontamination results allows you to view the entire decontamination processing history.Task Log PopupThis opens.

- Decontamination Information: Regarding the decontamination requestSystem Response Informationprovides in JSON format.

- [Decontamination Result Details] screen's [Forensic Data Information] tab allows you to view the document file's**Static Properties (Metadata)**Analyzes and provides information.
- In this tab, the contents included within the file such as creation and modification history, production tools, permission settings, and document structure are provided.Technical/Structural InformationYou can check.
- The main verification purposes are as follows.
- Check Document Creation/Modification Date
- Check Production Tools and Versions (e.g., Hangul, Word, etc.)
- Print/Edit/Copy Permissions Settings
- Encryption, Font Embedding, Inclusion of XFA
- Technical configuration information such as document format (PDF/A, etc.), version, number of pages, etc.
If the original file has been removed by the server scheduler, forensic data information will not be provided.
▷ Detailed View of Compressed Subfile Processing Results
.zip, .tar, .7zIn the case of the decompression file decontamination results, you can check the decontamination results of the decompressed sub-files by clicking the [View Details Icon] in the upper right corner.- When you click on one of the compressed sub-items, it will display information about the corresponding file.Decontamination Detailed Results ScreenThis appears.
- The detailed result content structure of the sub-file appears the same as that of the general file.
