  • The SHIELDGate service must be used both internally and externally.

Subscription and User Allocation

Select the Security365 service to subscribe to.

  • The organization administrator can select a subscription service upon the first login to the Security365 Portal after signing up for Security365.

  • [Select Security365 Service]

    • When you first access the Security365 Portal after signing up, the service selection screen will be activated.
    • Choose a service to subscribe to between SHIELDrive and SHIELDGate.! Single and multiple selections are available.
    • After selecting the service __PH_0__완료When the button is clicked, the app service will be registered, and you will be redirected to the Security365 Portal main page.

License assignment through the Security365 management center

  • Through the [License Assignment] menu in the Security365 Management Center, administrators can add and manage users who will utilize the SHIELDGate service.

  • To use SHIELDGate, you must assign a SHIELDGate license.

  • To use app access and desktop access on SHIELDGate, you need toSHIELDEX Remote BrowserYou need to assign a license.

    To ensure smooth use of SHIELDGateSHIELDEX Remote BrowserYou need to assign a license.

  • To use the file feature in SHIELDGate, you must assign a SHIELDrive license.

Adding Users through the Security365 Management Center

  • Through the [User Management] menu in the Security365 Management Center, administrators can add and manage users who will utilize the Security365 service.
  • When a user is added, that user will be enrolled in the Security365 service. *When a user is added, a service subscription and password change setting email will be sent to the user's email.
  • Add Microsoft User

    1. Left menu's사용자 관리Click on __PH_0__.
    2. At the top of the user list사용자 추가Click on __PH_0__.
    3. the user addition window is activated andMicrosoft 사용자 추가Click the menu.
    4. The Microsoft administrator authentication window is activated, andMicrosoft 관리자 인증Click.
    5. The Microsoft login window will be activated, and you will enter your Microsoft administrator account for authentication.
    6. After authentication, add users from Microsoft365 within the organization as Security365 users.
  • Add user with administrator account

    1. Left menu's사용자 관리Click on __PH_0__.
    2. At the top of the user list사용자 추가Click on __PH_0__.
    3. the user addition window is activated and사용자 등록Click the menu.
    4. After entering the name and email of the user you want to add, enter and select the group to which you want to add that user as a member.If no group is selected그룹 없음indicated by *The initially selected group is automatically designated as the representative group. *The groups added afterward will be on the right side of the selected group __PH_0__.대표 그룹 지정Button Click
    5. Clicking the register button adds a Security365 user.
  • Add users through bulk registration.

    1. Left menu's사용자 관리Click on __PH_0__.

    2. At the top of the user list사용자 추가Click on __PH_0__.

    3. the user addition window is activated and사용자 일괄 등록Click the menu.

    4.       1. CSV 템플릿 다운로드After clicking the button, download the UserCreateTemplate.csv Excel file.

    5. 등록User bulk registration will be completed upon button click.Users who will not be added should be unchecked.

✔ License Assignment

  1. Left menu's라이선스 관리Click on __PH_0__.

  2. License management list ofSHIELDGateClick on __PH_0__.

  4. on the right라이선스 할당The menu is activated, and when a user is searched and selected, that user will be added.

    *Multiple additions are possible. *at the bottom활성화 된 사용자 모두 할당Assign licenses to active users in the user list when checked.

  5. 할당Clicking the button assigns a license to an additional user.
