Guide Screen Settings

We customize the guidance screen displayed to users due to technical issues such as system errors and session termination when accessing RBI.

Access the SHIELDGate admin page at the following path:

  1. Admin page login
  2. In the left menuBusiness System > Security Screen SettingsClick
  3. in the top tabGuide Screen SettingsSelect

Difference between the guide screen and the blocking screen

Guide Screen (This Menu)

  • Purpose: System error, access unavailable, session termination, etc. Technical issue notification
  • Recommended contact information: IT/Computer Team
  • Scope of Application: Connection error, session termination, automatic logout, etc.
  • Customizing: Only image + additional text can be set (the system default text is fixed)

Lock screen

  • Purpose: Notification of access blocking due to security policy
  • Recommended contact information: Security/Policy Manager
  • Scope of Application: Blocking by conditional policy
  • Customizing: Full screen free setting available

Main Features

  • Common ApplicationThe configured image and additional text will be applied uniformly across all guidance screens.
  • System message fixedThe system's default guidance message cannot be changed to ensure accurate status information delivery.
  • Enter additional informationYou can freely enter additional information such as the administrator's contact information at the bottom.

How to set up

1. Change Image

  1. Click the image change button

    • in the image area이미지 변경Click the icon.
    • Upload image files such as the company logo.
    • Support format: PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG
    • Recommended size: 120px X 120px
  2. Image Initialization

    • To revert the uploaded image to the default SHIELD Gate logo, in the image area,기본 이미지로 변경Click the button.

2. Add notification message

  1. Editor Area

    • Enter the additional content to be displayed in the "Add Notification Message" editor.
  2. Input content available

    • Administrator contact information (email, phone number)

  3. Apply formatting

    • You can apply text formatting (bold, italic, color, etc.) using the editor tools.
    • You can freely set the font, size, alignment, and more.

3. Preview

  1. Preview Check
    • You can preview the guidance screen that will be displayed to the actual user in the right preview screen.
    • Check how the additional images and guidance text added with the system's basic message are displayed.
  • The system's default messages are displayed differently depending on the actual situation (connection errors, session termination, etc.), but the preview shows an example of the representative guidance screen.

4. Save and Cancel

  1. Save
    • Once all settings are complete, the bottom of the저장Click the button to apply the changes.
    • The save button is only enabled when there are modified contents.

List of applicable guidance screens

The set image and additional text will be applied uniformly to the following guide screens:

  • Connection Error Screen: In case of inability to access RBI due to technical issues
  • Session End: When the user session has expired
  • Automatic Logout: When automatically logged out due to inactivity for a certain period of time

Recommendations

Image Recommendations

  • Provide a consistent user experience by using the company logo or brand image.
  • Avoid overly large or complex images, and use simple and clear images.
  • **Clearly specify the contact information for the IT administrator.**It is done.

    • Phone number (including extension number)
    • Working hours
  • Write clearly and concisely so that users can quickly make inquiries.
  • Here are the contact details related to system errors or technical issues.

Notes

  • The guide screen settings apply universally to all guide screens, and different settings cannot be applied to individual screens.
  • The system's basic guidance message is automatically generated based on the situation and cannot be modified to ensure accurate information delivery.
