Security365 Status

  • You can check the overall status at a glance at the top of the dashboard.
    • User: Total number of registered users
    • Administrator: Number of users with administrative privileges
    • Group: Total number of groups including basic groups and policy groups.
    • Condition items: Number of registered condition items such as location, time, country, etc.

Subscription Service Status

  • You can check the currently subscribed services and their status.
  • You can check the service name, license type, subscription status, and expiration date.
  • The subscription status is categorized as follows.
    • In trial: Using trial license
    • Subscribed: Normal subscription status
    • Expiring Soon: Less than 30 days remaining until the license expiration date.
    • Expired: The license has expired.
  • The non-subscription service is displayed with an introduction card,자세히You can check the detailed information with the button.

Actual User Status

  • You can check the actual user trends by product.

Account Synchronization Status

  • You can check the currently set synchronization information and status.
  • There are two types of synchronization.
    • Microsoft 365 account synchronization
    • SCI Server Account Synchronization
  • The most recently executed synchronization information is displayed.
  • When there is no synchronization history계정 동기화 설정The button will be displayed.
  • You can check the following information for each synchronization.
    • Method: Selected synchronization method (Full/Specific Group Synchronization)
      • Available only in Microsoft365 sync.
    • Cycle: The interval at which synchronization is executed.
    • Start Time: The configured synchronization start time
    • Status: Recent synchronization success/failure 여부
    • Recent synchronization date and time: Last synchronization execution time
  • Change settings
    • top right corner of the card __PH_0__계정 동기화 설정You can change the settings by clicking the button.

Move to Management Center

  • Clicking on the service name at the bottom of the left menu will take you to the admin page of that service.

Move to Profile Management Page

  • Click the icon in the upper right corner, then계정 설정Clicking the button will take you to a page where you can change your name and password.
