Security Classification Label
This menu supports the systematic classification of policies and data within the service through grades and labels.
Label Grade
- This is a higher classification criterion for distinguishing the security level of data.
- Example: Confidential, Sensitive, Public
- You can freely create it according to your intended purpose.
- You can assign colors by grade, and the specified colors are used to visually distinguish grades in each service.
Label
- Labels are subcategories based on the registered grade, and can be classified in detail according to the nature of the data or its intended use.
- You can create multiple labels under one grade.
- Example: Confidential → HR Information, Sensitive → External Sharing
Label Registration Procedure
- Label Grade Registration
- Generate the required classification levels (confidential, sensitive, public, etc.) based on security level or classification criteria.
- You can specify a color when creating a grade.
- Create Label
- Select the created grade.
- Register a label under the sub-item belonging to that grade.
- You can enter a name and description when registering a label.
- Check label list
- The registered labels are classified by grade and displayed in a list.
- If you select a specific grade, you can only see the labels belonging to that grade, and if you select 'All Grades', you can see all labels.
- Delete Grade
- Labels that belonged to a deleted grade will automatically move to the 'Grade Undetermined' category.
- Reassigning the grade.
