Policy Change History
[Policy] > [Policy Change History] Management
The SHIELDEX File records all details when policy settings are changed, and the administratorCheck and Restore Policy Change HistoryThis is possible.
You can transparently manage who changed what, when, and why through the change history of group policies or baseline hardening policies.
▷ Step 1: Access the Policy Change History Screen
- In the left menu, [Policy] > [Policy Change History] Click
- The complete change history is provided in list form.

| Change Date | The exact time the policy was changed |
| Administrator ID / Name / Type | Administrator information for changes made |
| Group Policy Name | Changed Policy (Group or Default) |
| Change log | Summary of what items have been changed |
| Reason for Change | Reason information entered upon change |
The most recent changes are displayed at the top, and you can check the details by clicking.
▷ Step 2: View Change Details
- You can check detailed information in a popup window by clicking on the change log item.
- Changed Item Name
- previous policy value
- Changed policy value
- Reason for Change
▷ Step 3: Policy Restoration
- Click the [Restore] button in the detailed information screen.
- This item will revert to its previous state.
- You can enter the reason for policy restoration when restoring, and the restoration details will also be recorded in the policy change history.
⚠️ The permission to restore policy change history by the 'System Administrator' is granted to the 'System Administrator' and 'Channel Administrator', and the permission to restore policy change history by the 'Channel Administrator' is granted to the 'Channel Administrator'.
