Check user group path on the log page after personnel linkage
Overview
- SHIELD ID provides a feature that displays the user's group (organization) path on the log page by integrating with Microsoft Entra ID and the SCI Server. This allows administrators to easily verify the user's affiliation and utilize it for log data analysis.
Supported Features
1. Group Path Display Function
- User group information can be viewed on the log page linked with SHIELD ID.
- You can filter log data by setting a specific criteria group.
- The dual position handling logic is applied to automatically determine the representative group when a user belongs to multiple groups.
2. Support by Synchronization Method

3. Utilization on the Log Page
- User's group path toDepartmentDisplays in the column.
- You can also search using the group name to which the user belongs.
4. Exception Handling
- When the reference group is not set: Does not output the entire group path.
- SCI Server automatically configures the top-level group: Separate standard group setting is unnecessary.
- When synchronizing Microsoft designated groups, unselected groups are excluded.: Only synchronization target groups are included.
