What is inbound provisioning?

  • Inbound provisioning collects user and group information from external systems and**Internal System (SHIELD ID)**It refers to the process of automatically reflecting __PH_0__.

Process Overview​

  • Automatically reflect user/group information provided externally in the system.
  • Periodically update user attributes as needed.
  • Deactivation or deletion of users or groups based on specific conditions.

Inbound provisioning target system​

  • Microsoft
    • **Microsoft Entra ID(Azure AD)**You can retrieve user and group information using SHIELD ID in an ID management system like __PH_0__.
  • SCI Server
    • Document Security SCI ServerYou can retrieve user and group information registered in __PH_0__.
    • ⚠️ Warning: To integrate with the SCI server, the integration settings must be configured correctly for it to function.
  • Local Active Directory
    • LDAP ProtocolYou can retrieve user and group information registered in the on-premise environment through __PH_0__.
    • ⚠️ Warning: To integrate with Active Directory, the LDAP server integration settings must be configured correctly to function.
