Account and Permission Management

[Admin Settings] > [Account and Permission Management]

This is a feature that allows you to register, modify, delete administrator accounts, and change passwords in the SHIELDEX File system. It can manage system administrators and channel administrators separately.

⚠️ The 'Account and Permission Management' setting permission is granted to [Administrator Type - System Administrator], and
Administrator permission settings can be configured in [Administrator Settings] > [Account and Permission Management].


▷ Screen Composition Description

  • You can search for registered administrator ID or name through the search box in the upper right corner.
  • + 관리자 등록: Register a new administrator account.
  • 🔒 비밀번호 변경: Change the password for the selected administrator account.
  • ✏️ 수정: Modify the information of the selected account.
  • — 제거: Deletes the selected account.

Responsible ChannelFor channel administrators, specify the channel to be managed.

▷ Admin Registration

+ 관리자 등록A pop-up for administrator registration appears when the button is clicked.

Input fields

▷ Change Password

This is a feature that allows you to change the password of the selected administrator account.

Input fields

※ The password format follows the same rules as registration. (Includes uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, special characters, and is at least 9 characters long)


▷ Edit Administrator Information

This is a feature that allows you to modify the name, type, etc. of the selected admin account.

Editable Items

  • 관리자 이름
  • 유형 (시스템 관리자 / 채널 관리자)

The ID cannot be modified, and the password can be changed in a separate function.


▷ Delete Admin Account

After selecting the administrator account제거When you press the button, a deletion confirmation popup will be displayed.

  • A message saying "The selected administrator will be removed. Do you want to remove it?" will be displayed, and clicking [Remove] will delete the account.
  • You cannot remove the currently logged-in administrator account.

▷ Account Type Description

TypeDescription
System AdministratorAdministrator responsible for system settings of the SHIELDEX service (default decontamination policy, administrator settings, etc.)
Channel ManagerAdministrator responsible for each channel existing within the system (group policy, handling of harmless processing results, etc.)

※ Channel administrators need to set up their assigned channels and tasks. [Administrator Settings] > [API Access Control Management]


Notes

  • There must be at least one administrator account.시스템 관리자must exist.
  • 채널 관리자is specified separately when independent operation is required for each channel.
  • For security reasons, it is recommended to change your password regularly.
