Web Console Access Control Management (IP)
[Admin Settings] > [Web Console Access Control Management (IP)]
Manages the IPs allowed to access the SHIELDEX File Manager web console.
Depending on the security environment, only the allowed target (IP) can be registered, or full access can be granted, and the administrator can also perform identification and management of individual IPs.
⚠️ The 'Web Console Access Control Management' setting permission is granted to [Administrator Type - System Administrator], and
Administrator permission settings can be configured in [Administrator Settings] > [Account and Permission Management].
▷ Screen Composition

▷ Change Access Settings

Not in use: Access control is not used, and the admin console can be accessed from all IPs.

whitelistOnly registered IP addresses are allowed to access the admin console, and unregistered IPs cannot access the admin page.
It is recommended to use 'whitelist' mode to enhance security.
▷ IP Registration
※ IP registration is**"Access Settings" to "Whitelist"**This feature allows console access only for registered IP addresses when set to __PH_0__.

Input fields

※ The registered IP must be entered in the correct IPv4 format, and registration is not possible in case of format errors.
▷ Change IP Settings
This is a feature that allows you to modify the information of an existing registered IP.
The items that can be changed are as follows.
- Alias: Modification of the name for identifying IP
- Allowed Administrator: Change of administrator account with granted access rights
* The registered IP itself cannot be modified, and if changed, it is necessary to delete the existing IP and re-register.
▷ Remove IP
After selecting the registered IP제거When you click the button, a removal confirmation popup will be displayed.
- The popup displays the IP address and alias together.
- After confirmation of removal, access permissions for the corresponding IP will be revoked.
※ If a whitelist policy is set, deleted IPs will no longer have access to the admin console.
