Admin Audit Log

[Admin Settings] > [Admin Audit Log]

The administrator audit log records all major activities performed by administrator accounts within the system, such as menu access and configuration changes, and can be used for security and operational audit purposes.

⚠️ The 'Administrator Audit Log' setting permission is granted to [Administrator Type - System Administrator], and the administrator permission settings can be found under [Administrator Settings] > [Account and Permission Management].


Feature Overview

  • Automatically generates logs for administrator actions occurring on the system.
  • Logs are displayed in chronological order and can be filtered by various conditions or exported in CSV format.
  • You can check the details of individual logs through the detail view feature.

Log Entry Description

itemDescription
Log Generation TimeThis is the time when the audit log was recorded.
Log TypeAction Classification (e.g., menu access, settings change, export, etc.)
Detailed InformationThis is the actual performed action or configuration details.
Administrator IDThis is the administrator account that performed the task.
Administrator TypeThis is the distinction between system administrator and channel administrator.

The log list is sorted in reverse chronological order by default.


Filter Function

You can click the filter icon in the upper right corner of the screen to view logs based on the conditions below.

  • Period: Start and end date can be specified
  • Administrator Type: System Administrator, Channel Administrator can be selected with a checkbox
  • Log Type: Menu access, setting changes, export, etc. Select log type.
  • Search Term Filter: Log type, detailed information, and administrator ID based search term input filter provided

After setting the conditions**[Application]**You need to click the button for the filter to be applied. You can reset all filters to their default values using the [Reset Settings] button.


View Log Details

When you click each row, on the right**'Administrator Audit Log Details'**The panel will appear. Here you can check the following details:

  • Log Generation Time
  • Log Type
  • Detailed Information
  • Administrator ID
  • Administrator Type

Export Function

  • Click the top [Export] button.**Download the filtered audit log as a CSV file based on the current list conditions.**You can do it.
  • The downloaded files can be used for external audit reports, anomaly tracking, security audit records, and more.

Notes

  • For tracking administrator change history, configuration changes, etc.Regularly export and archive audit logsIt is recommended to do.
  • If a major security setting change is detected, check the timestamp and account in the audit log to respond.
  • Clearly set conditions to prevent log omissions due to unnecessary search term filtering.
