Server Monitoring and Operations
[Admin Settings] > [Server Monitoring and Operations]
The server monitoring and operation menu is a settings menu designed to monitor the status of servers registered in SHIELDEX and to ensure the stability of system operations based on periodically collected hardware and process information.
⚠️ The 'Server Monitoring and Operations' setting permission is granted to [Administrator Type - System Administrator], and
Administrator permission settings can be configured in [Administrator Settings] > [Account and Permission Management].
Server Information List
The screen displays a list of registered servers based on the following criteria.

|---|---|
| Server ID | A unique identifier automatically assigned by the system. |
| Server Name | This is a name used to identify the server. |
| Server Representative IP | This is the representative IP and Port used for the API called during demilitarization on the server. |
| Registration Date | This is the time the server was registered. |
| Last modified date | Last modified date of settings. |
| View Details | You can check and change the server details and monitoring settings when you click. |
Detailed Information and Settings Items

Server Information
| item | Description |
|---|---|
| Server ID | Automatically generated unique server identifier. |
| Registration Date / Modification Date | This is the date when the server information was first registered and last modified. |
| Server IP List | This is the list of IPs used by the server. |
| MAC Address List | The MAC address of the physical network interface registered in the system. |
| Server Name / Representative IP | This is the server name and communication IP and port information set by the user. |
Monitoring
| item | Description |
|---|---|
| Monitoring Usage | Whether the server status monitoring feature is fully enabled. |
| Hardware Scheduling Interval (minutes) | This is the collection period for hardware information such as CPU and memory. |
| Hardware Data DB Retention Period (Days) | The storage period of the collected hardware information. |
| Whether to save process information in the DB | Whether to log major processes that are currently running. |
| Process Scheduling Interval (minutes) | This is the interval for collecting process information. |
| Process Runtime Baseline Value (seconds) | Records processes that have run for longer than the specified time. |
| Process Data DB Retention Period (Days) | The retention period for collected process information. |
⚙ After changing all settings, you must click the [Apply] button to reflect the changes.
If you want to reset the settings to their initial state, click [Reset Settings].
